I started sending our Monthly Challenges to the Does My Butt Look Big In The Saddle list/group at YahooGroups.com in April of 2016
I thought I would also share them here.
It does not matter what month of what year you use these....they are weight loss enhancing challenges that will work if you really get out and do them.
In late March I sent a Monthly Challenge to the list: Ride A Bicycle, Any Bicycle 10 Miles....
This was an update note....
I just wanted to drop you a note and remind you that the first week of April is OVER.....can you believe it!?
The April Challenge is......
To Ride 10 Miles On A Bicycle.......
Ride One Block, and save the miles, add it to the next Ride of TWO Blocks.....add that to the time you go all the way around the block..... 10 miles WILL come pretty easy if you just get out and ride a bit.
Most Stationary Bicycles have speedometers/odometers....just add up the time you spend on the machine.
Road, Mountain, Old, New,
Borrowed, Stolen, Red or Blue,
Big, Little, Stationary, Just Get,
A Bicycle, It Will Make You Fit! (yeah, I made that up.... Ha3...IF you laughed, you burned extra calories! <winks>)
RIDING A BICYCLE IS FUN AND A GREAT WORK OUT! AN ALL BODY WORK OUT! Give it a Chance, Try It. <smiles>
Our May Challenge is to LOSE 5 POUNDS!
That is only ONE POUND A WEEK!
YOU CAN DO THIS IF YOU WORK HARD AT IT!
And we will encourage you daily on right here on this list. <smiles>
