Goodness Knows that our butts can get too large for a Bicycle Saddle too.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RIDING A BICYCLE AND RIDING IT REGULARLY FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND TO BECOME MORE HEALTHY.
Did you know that they now make bicycles for human weights up to 600 pounds? You might not need one that large, but I recommend you check for the size you need and that you need and buy a bike that is made for larger folks and get to riding it regularly...then your whole body will become more strong, you will have more balance, and you will probably loose weight. I have been out riding and enjoying bicycles again. I have found not only am I loosing weight, I am so much for fit with better balance. I had forgotten how much I LOVE riding a bike!
KEEP IN MIND! I did not just get on a bicycle and was able to ride a lot of miles and up all the hills. Little by Little by Little by Little it took me. When I first started riding a bicycle again, I could barely go a mile. I was out of breath, panting and working hard...but I kept at it and it paid many dividends for me!
Please take a few moments to also read and enjoy the Blog and other Bicycle Pages I have been adding here on this site. I hope it encourages you to get out and ride, not only your horses, but also a bicycle. Riding a Bicycle is so good for your health, and not just the body! Your mental health too!

IN A YEAR I LOST 50 POUNDS RIDING A BICYCLE FOR A GREAT WORK OUT....OF COURSE I AM EATING RIGHT AND WORKING OUT TOO. I WORK OUT EVERY DAY...RIDING A BICYCLE OR LOW IMPACT FOR 30 MINUTES WHILE I WATCH TV. A YEAR CAN GO BY SO QUICKLY...I LOST AN ADDITIONAL 20 POUNDS OVER THE FOLLOWING YEAR. I have found that by making small Weight Loss Goals, using Holidays as my Target Dates to Reach Those Small Goals..... I do really well. Try it. Try to set your Target for losing just a few pounds by the Next Up Coming Holiday...then reset for the Next Holiday. Pretty Soon, a Year Goes By....and the Pounds Drop Off Your Body!
THINK HOW QUICKLY A YEAR GOES! AND AS YOU AGE, THEY GO FASTER AND FASTER AND FASTER! START RIDING A BICYCLE TODAY ~ SEE HOW MUCH HEALTHIER AND THINNER YOU WILL BE NEXT YEAR AT THIS TIME!
TAKE A LOOK HERE BELOW AT 'A YEAR ON A BICYCLE'! NOT ONLY IS IS FUN ALL YEAR. YOU CAN DROP A LOT OF WEIGHT AND GET HEALTHIER RIDING ONE ALL YEAR!
